Physical Recovery
We monitor healing after delivery, evaluate pelvic floor health, check incisions if applicable, and address physical concerns to support your safe recovery.
Mental & Emotional Health
Your mental well-being matters. We screen for postpartum depression and anxiety and provide access to counseling and additional support when needed.
Lactation & Feeding Support
Our providers offer guidance for breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, and lactation issues, ensuring you have the tools and confidence you need.
Family Planning
We offer contraceptive counseling and personalized birth control options to help you make informed decisions about future family planning.
Your first visit is usually around 6 weeks postpartum, but it may be earlier depending on your delivery and medical needs.
Call if you experience heavy bleeding, fever, severe pain, mood changes, or any concerns about healing.
Most patients can gradually resume light activity once cleared by their provider. We offer individualized recommendations during your visits.
We provide incision checks, recovery guidance, and tailored follow-up to monitor healing and prevent complications.
