Ebony Saavedra, CNM, RNC-OB, C-EFM recently relocated to Atlanta from Northern Virginia. She graduated from Shenandoah University with a graduate degree in Nursing, specialty in midwifery, and also has a BS in Nutrition. Her interest in midwifery began during her pregnancy with her first daughter. It was in that moment that she realized the importance of empowerment, support, and education during that precious time.
She is passionate about serving women, and empowering them so that they are educated and prepared to make fully informed decisions about their health. Her clinical interest include nutrition, diabetes during pregnancy, contraception, and teen pregnancy. She is professionally proficient in Spanish.
In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, reading, watching movies, and cooking. Ebony looks forward to working with all of the women at CIMA.
